We are currently hiring for the 2016 season.

Our deckhands enroll in an internship program like no other. By the end of the summer, they know how to lobster, fish and, most importantly, sail the Sarah Mead!  Lots of fun, and very long days on the water in all sorts of weather conditions.

Ideal deckhand applicants should be outgoing, friendly, aggressive learners who enjoy a physical challenge.
